Trainers

Our classes and workshops are conducted by licensed Trainers, who must first undergo a strict screening and evaluation process before being considered for training. Once this is done, they must complete our entry-level training course before being licensed and equipped in order to present our program.

Each trainer operates as an independent licensee, but is required to adhere to strict standards which incorporate our safety and security policy, our code of good conduct, presentation and teaching standards, and the requirements of trustworthiness and accountability to Kids Academy as well as the families and children with whom they interact.

Above all else, though, our chief requirement is that our trainers have a passion for the children in their care, and that they honour the potential for greatness in every child.
